One thread only per race.
Having everyone start their own thread to post their picks:
1) Wastes time downloading each one;
2) Hinders a continuing discussion. It fragments the discussion.
I suggest someone starting a thread for that week's race, and everyone contribute to it.
There are no positives to having numerous pick threads on the same race, and there are several negatives.
